John Bostwick co-founded Bostwick and Company with his wife Elisabeth in 1998. After working at ERA Agency; opening their own agency seemed like the next logical step. “One of the benefits of owning your own company is being able to provide the full attention that today’s homebuyer requires.” says John “Elisabeth is our Designated Broker and she has ensured that our agents are experienced and trained to the standard we set. As Business Manager I am able to oversee other aspects of the company that allow our team to do what they do best.” John continues. John has also been a member of the South Portland Police Department since 1986 and as such brings a unique perspective to Bostwick and Company. Real Estate is also a business where reputation and personal integrity are invaluable. John has a trustworthy manner and it shows. John’s knowledge of the area and his commitment to the community ensure that he will always work in the best interests of the client.

I have lived in Southern Maine all of my life. . I attended schools in Cape Elizabeth and both my children graduated from Cape Elizabeth High School. I am an active member in my community, and have great connections throughout the area. I haved served my community over the years inclucing coaching baseball, chairperson for Project Graduation, school volunteer, youth mentor and I currently serve on the Fort Williams Advisory Commission in Cape Elizabeth. I enjoy traveling, the beach, reading, walking, music, cooking, entertaining and decorating. I have a big extended family and we spend a fair amount of time together. I travel as much as possible and love meeting “locals” wherever I go.

I have been selling real estate for over twenty years. I chose the real estate business for many reasons. My grandmother sold real estate in Greater Portland in the 1960′s , and my father built homes, so it is in my genes. I enjoy being my own boss and having control of my time and business. I believe to be successful in work you have to really love what you are doing and I do love my job. I truly enjoy the opportunity to meet people and help them to find their new home. It is my pleasure getting to know my clients and sharing with them all the wonderful things this area has to offer. I work very hard for my seller and buyer clients. I am well connected in the industry and assist my clients every step of the way. I consider myself an excellent resource to my clients, during and after the home buying/selling process. My relationship with my clients does not end at the sale. Much of my business is repeat or referral business from former clients. I appreciate the confidence my clients have placed in me and value the opportunity to assist them in the sale or purchase of their next home. I am a member of the Portland Board of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors.

Skip Lucarelli has a long history in Real Estate; so working together with Bostwick and Company seemed like a natural fit. Skip, a general contractor since 1980, and a landlord since 1978, is able to help with both buying and selling your home. In addition, Skip has served our community for many years, namely, the Civil Service Board for more than 20 years and is currently serving on the South Portland Housing Advisory Committee. Skip grew up locally, so he knows the area and works very hard to make every transaction the right fit for their clients.
